Update Driver: 31.07.2014


* improved transcoding

* reduce loading time of dvb-c/t2

* added /proc/stb/fp/wol for quad (not used right now)

* fixed wakeup from rcu when wol standby (not used right now)

* fixed wakeup timer when wol standby (not used right now)

* fixed dvb-c/t2 pnp tuner snr

* fixed hdmi pink (another attempt)
